Across the country, Aimco focuses on building community and improving lives. From sponsoring a national scholarship program for students in affordable housing, to raising funds from business partners to support military families, to joining with leaders on the local level to address critical needs, Aimco reflects the values of a good corporate citizenship while answering the call to community service.
A Partner for the Arts
Aimco’s Park Towne Place apartment homes, along Philadelphia’s Benjamin Franklin Parkway, is ideally located in the City’s dynamic museum district. When Aimco launched the major redevelopment of Park Towne Place, it embraced the opportunity to become fully integrated into the area’s art scene, rebranding itself as the Museum District Residences, paying homage to the City’s more than 20 famous cultural institutions within walking distance of our property.
